What does brewing your own beer entail? It’s actually quite simple and enjoyable when you learn how. We’ll pre-heat a kettle, you’ll scoop out and measure the ingredients, then the kettle will boil and simmer until you end up with 12 gallons of liquid gold! Although the process takes a little less than 3 hours, you’ll have plenty of time in-between steps to enjoy a pint from our brewpub or get some of our amazing pub grub. In three weeks (or six weeks, depending on the style), you’ll return to bottle your beer and begin enjoying beer better than anything you thought YOU could make! You’ll end up with approximately 72 twenty-two (22) ounce bottles to savor and share with friends. First-time brewers need to purchase bottles, but you can re-use them and save on subsequent visits.
